Vintage 1950s fit & flare party dress in black polka dot mesh with a gradient of pink and purple satin stripes on the sleeves and lower skirt. The edges of the sleeves (at the shoulders) have elastic that is stretched out, so they sit off-shoulder when worn as is, or the elastic could be replaced if desired. The first three photos show it worn with the sleeves up as an example of the look if you replaced the elastic.
